She’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. I had two cavities: one on the top and the other on the bottom. My teeth are sensitive to the cold: when ever the dental hygienist does a rinse, it felt painful when ever she did the cold rinse. The dentist asked if I was doing ok: she’s asked If the cold rinse was causing discomfort and I told her yes. She stopped working on my upper tooth, numbed me more and started working on the bottom tooth. She finished the bottom and went back to upper tooth and I felt nothing. She really took care of me. The staff there is always very welcoming and care about my visit. They always tell me what I need to do to have better teeth and gums, and they’re always giving me helpful tips. They are so kind and work with you financially as well. I am absolutely terrified of dentists, but completely through the procedure they did their best to reassure me, ask how I was doing, and really put an effort into their bedside manner. They took their time, did x rays throughout the procedure to make sure they were being thorough which is great! The office is very clean and sanitary. I have some peculiarities when it comes to the dentist and the office understood and rolled with them. I’ve had appointments with both doctors and they were great. Absolutely no judgement. The doctors listened to any concerns I had and answered every question. Now onto Kara: Kara is amazing. When I needed mold for a new night guard, I nearly had a panic attack. Kara noticed immediately and was able to calm me down. She is awesome! “Let's just put it this way. I am the biggest 46-year-old wimp when it comes to dentist offices, I mean I tremble at the thought of doing inside and having work done. Dr Krueger has a way that makes you feel relaxed and I seriously haven't had any pain. I really like her, she is sweet and her assistant is amazing ( Ashley) anyway for anyone who is scared of the dentist, don't be she knows what she is doing and the patient comes first.46-year-old”
